Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide free shipping.You will not pay extra fees upon delivery. Tracking will be provided by email.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We accept returns only for wrong item, manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Report within 14 days at ernest@versenvogue.co.za with photos. If approved we will remake and reship for free.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, shipping address and order information to process your order. We only share delivery details with our manufacturing and courier partners. We never sell your data. We comply with POPIA and GDPR.
